The location is near jr Ueno Station, convenient to remote around Tokyo area.

The location of the hotel made it easy to access the Narita airport and other areas around Tokyo. Also, there were many shops and places to eat within easy walking distance of the hotel. The hotel was a short walk to the jr Ueno rail station and the Ueno subway station. This made it easy to get to Tokyo Disney.
The room was very small as to be expected, but the bathroom was a tiny plastic room and there was always a smell in it.

Location. It was easy to find and very near the JR Ueno station, central exit. Also convenient for sightseeing at Ueno park and market.
Would have preferred to have cleaner room. It was a bit dusty.

Perfect Location either for Ueno or Okachimachi. Good Staff. Staff could speak English. Room with Tatami Floormat is nice.
Toilet is small as usual hotel in Tokyo.

I found the room to be very well appointed and a good size. The staff were more than helpful and the onsen and sauna were great.

What i prefer is the size of the room, there was space for luggages.
I did not like the lack of natural lightness (dark room), the smell in the bathroom.

easy access and helpfull stuff. very clean. It was good for my needs but i will recomand to try and get another hotel, even in a little higer price.
There is no "Non Smokers" room, and the The smell of cigarettes was absorbed to my clothes. ther is no aircondition, and no option to open the window in the room.

It's very easy access to Subway station and local market is three minutes walk. Hotel staffs are nice and free internet service was good. If you are travelling alone and looking for budget hotel. I recommend. But for family stay with nice room, I recommend to look for other hotel

Great location. Rooms clean and staff helpful. Nearby region of Ueno made transport easy and a great range of food and cheap(ish) shopping.

Great location, the bath
The rooms were very small, the drains were a bit smelly and a coin laundry at the bath would be good.

Excellent location (shopping, local markets, both chic and local stand- up restaurants) if you enjoy traditional Tokyo away from the hustle and bustle of the modern downtown core; pleasant 5 minutes' walk from Ueno metro, jr station and the Keisei-Ueno station (Skyliner to Narita Airport). Excellent Japanese hospitality as may be expected all over Japan. Honest chambermaids (during a hasty checkout, I had forgotten some expensive chocolates in the bar-fridge but easily retrieved them 3 hours later).

The location is really good...it's closed to all the train; keisei line, tokyo metro and Jr. In addition, there are many restaurants nearby the hotel and open until late of night around 1 am.
